Brian D. Giles is a strategic enterprise leader with more than two decades of executive experience leading complex, multi-site organizations across Fortune 500, public sector, and privately held environments. He has held full P&L accountability exceeding $100 million and has consistently delivered measurable growth through disciplined strategy execution, operational governance, and margin expansion. His leadership portfolio spans large-scale regional operations, turnaround environments, and high-growth business units.
Throughout his career, Brian has been recognized for aligning mission, financial performance, and customer experience to create sustainable enterprise value. He has led organizations serving more than 150,000 customers daily, directed teams exceeding 2,000 employees, and managed operations across hundreds of sites. Under his leadership, business units have achieved triple-digit profit growth, significant revenue expansion, improved cash flow performance, and strengthened accountability systems that endure beyond leadership transitions.
Brian’s experience includes senior leadership roles with Fortune 500 organizations such as Compass Group North America and Aramark Corporation, as well as executive leadership within Houston Independent School District, one of the largest public school systems in the United States. He currently serves as General Manager of Jones Paint & Glass, where he has led significant revenue and profit expansion within a mature regional business. Across each setting, he has demonstrated an ability to navigate regulatory complexity, lead organizational restructuring, and implement performance systems that drive long-term value creation.
In addition to his executive leadership experience, Brian has served on multiple nonprofit and industry boards, contributing governance oversight, strategic planning insight, and community engagement expertise. His board service reflects a commitment to strengthening institutions that serve diverse stakeholders while maintaining financial discipline and operational excellence.
Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University. He is a recipient of the Bronze Medal from the Jefferson Awards for Public Service, recognizing his commitment to community leadership and civic impact.
